Package does nothing for me in ST3

The same problem for me. Only way is select View > Syntax > CSS. But then why this plugin is needed?

npm install failes

I ran into the same issue installing libpq and managed to solve it by running `apt-get install libpq-dev g++ make` More info is [here](https://github.com/brianc/node-pg-native#install).
