Two-way synchronization of VMware resource pool and Cloudpods project

What would you like to be added: Currently only one-way synchronization is supported. That is the any VMs belonging to a resources pool will be put into the project corresponding to the resource pool. We request a two-way synchronization, i.e. whenever a VM belonging to a local project should also belong to the resource pool corresponding to the resource pool.
