Audio out of sync until restart Shield.

When first attempting to watch a YouTube video after waking the shield 2019 pro, every video plays with audio out of sync until I restart the shield, then the audio is fine until I next start up the shield from sleep.

@angrykid8 Do you have the same problem with official YT app?

I do not get this issue on the official youtube app, this issue is still happening and has been happening ever since I opened this

What I actually do now instead of restarting the shield, is change the video audio format whilst its playing, that resyncs it back up with the video, this is still every video though
