[Feature Request]: Denoising

Describe the feature you'd like to request

Artifacts are so rampant in resolution <= 1080p. They need denoising. On video players like VLC, MPV, etc, they do denoise which smoothens the overall picture quality.

Describe the solution you'd like

Introduce basic denoising ability to reduce artifacts.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Some presets like low, medium, high may be welcome.
