[BUG]: Sponsorblock settings will revert to default after exit / restart

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to "settings"
2. select "Sponsorblock"
3. select "choose action"
4. change every option in the list that is preset with "Skip with notification" to "Show confirmation dialog"
5. test with a video to confirm changes
6. exit the app
7. restart the app
8. All the changed settings will have reverted to "Skip with notification"

Actual behavior

Issue is present on 30.56, 30.59 and 30.64 Stable and Beta..

The issue happens on multiple FireTV models of different generation/OS, and also when you are signed into an account, and well as not signed in.

If you change only one or two settings from the list, the changes will sometimes seem to survive 1-2 restarts, but they will eventually revert back to the defualt of "Skip with notification"

Bug stared somewhere around August 2025 (see notes in additional information) and was never corrected.

The issue is present on 30.56, 30.59 and 30.64 Stable and Beta..

I'm re-reporting this bug because the two other reports that exist are referencing the old signature builds. The old workaround to the issue is no longer possible, because of the signature change. The issue happens on multiple FireTV models of different generation, and also when not and when you are signed into an account.

Bug was reported in August. Workaround was to install a pre-august build, make the changes and then update to the latest. https://github.com/yuliskov/SmartTube/issues/4831

Bug was reported again a couple days ago, but on 30.55 https://github.com/yuliskov/SmartTube/issues/5171

If you can't fix the bug, could you at least change the default options to ""Show confirmation dialog"

I have same problem. On 30.64, firestick 4k max.
