[BUG]: Sponsorblock doesn't save the settings

Steps to reproduce the bug
- Install smarttube
- Go to settings
- Go to sponsorblock
- Go to "actions"
- Change it's preferred behavior
Actual behavior
The behavior doesn't save and it keeps using the default settings.
Additional information
I installed smarttube new, because of the warning about the hackers. Now does sponsorblock not work how I want it. I changed the settings, restarted the app and all was resettet. I tried it now a few times, the settings are changed but it still ignores my settings. I have except for 1 or 2 actions always the option to ask me for permission to skip it, yet when I start a video does it skip the intro with a notification, but I have set it to "ask first".
Something is there not working correctly.
Same issue... also to confirm that the bug is present in 30.56 and 30.59 Stable
Just to add if you change one to two option the setting will retain for a short period of time, but will eventually revert to the default.
Seems like it is still this bug, but can't use the workaround anymore because of the signature change. https://github.com/yuliskov/SmartTube/issues/4831
