Any of the solutions below:

An app that overrides Youtube casting and reroute it to SmartTube instead.

Describe alternatives you've considered

A cell phone version of SmartTube that can cast to the TV version.

Casting from a phone is already supported as can be seen in the REAMDE. With the limitations that you can only do it from the YouTube app.
