[BUG]: illegalArgumentException: Listener was not added

Affected version

Stable 27.99 was the last version I tried that had no issue

Device Type

Smart TV/Box

Affected Android

Android TV 10

Steps to reproduce the bug

checkArgument(Preconditions.java:50)

This issue occurred on any playback.

I kept using stable 27.99 until "rOY is not defined" issue occurred and no longer available to use the old version.

Both stable and beta versions are affected.

Actual behavior

also experiencing this all of a sudden, it must've just updated or something 😣 but i'm on 27.53 so maybe not?

edit: just updated to 27.75 and it's fine now..?

Haven't tried 27.75 but even 27.99 back to normal and the "rOY is not defined" issue won't occur so far.

However, the latest version is still unavailable to use due to this "Listener" issue.

Sure, I'd love to. That's weird.Until now the issue is still exist across from 28 to the latest version.
