[BUG]: Video keeps buffering at the start and plays after a lot of delay

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Play any video either from home page or lower suggestion section of the video.

Actual behavior

Video buffers for a good 2-5 minutes while showing a message "applying fix".

Device: OnePlus Y1 TV

I can confirm, I just started having this issue myself, video just keeps buffering and a message says "don't close player applying fix" and returns to buffering. I'm on the beta release and running it on the NVIDIA Shield
