[BUG]: Recommended section is only 5 videos long

Steps to reproduce the bug

Open App Sign In Go to Recommended

Actual behavior

Recommended only loads thumbnails for 5 videos

Additional information

Does not happen on latest beta 27.62, but I'm not sure if it was intentionally patched or incidental to some other change.

Also experiencing this on 27.62; This also applies to every other shelf in Home.

This feels like an api change on youtube's side

I'm also having this problem but only since the latest 30.56 update today, it worked just fine before.

EDIT: Ok so it actually fixed itself after an hour, I did nothing special. Weird...
