[BUG]: The option "Add channel to the sidebar" is broken

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Go to the "Channels" section
  2. Highlight one of the channels (not a video) in the channel list
  3. Open the context menu and select "Add channel to the sidebar"
  4. Once the channel is added to the sidebar, exit the Smarttube app and open it again
  5. The channel on the sidebar is no longer there

Actual behavior

After reopenning the Smarttube app, the channel is no longer in the sidebar

Using Nvidia Shield Pro, I have the same issue with respect to playlists.

However, I just found a workaround. Go to playlists and open the playlist that is not retained in the sidebar. Long press on a video and select 'Add playlist to sidebar'. If you exit the app and relaunch, the playlist should still be in the sidebar.

If the 'Add playlist to sidebar' option is not available in the long press menu you will need to enable it in settings.
