[BUG]: "Do not recommend this channel" option has disappeared from context menu after last major update

Steps to reproduce the bug
I checked in menus to make sure it wasn't something I turned off... I restarted device after last update (several times) I waited patiently for a few weeks to see if feature would be returned with update. No matter what i do i cant get this option to appear on video contex menus.

Confirmed as well, it's been missing for a while
The whole context menu sorting / rearranging is messy.
In order to change the order you have to remove / add it, and then select the number. But the number isn't always respected.
I can set an item as 1 and it shows up in the second spot.
Ideally, I could check everything I want to see, have them show up at the top of the context menu in settings, and have a way to drag it up / down to where I want to see it.
