[BUG]: Delay to play videos

Steps to reproduce the bug

When i play videos, take time to play videos in startup

Actual behavior

Plz fix as soon as possible, play any type videos, but delay in startup to play the video

I've noticed this also with the Beta releases for a while now, Very long delay in starting videos and in most cases it will be a black screen with lots of buffering for some time and then you see the video start then back to a black screen again for a few seconds before playing. The long delay and buffering has been fixed for me with 23.68 Beta, Thank you

The Long delay and buffering is back when trying to play a video in 23.77 Beta

I browsed the settings and noticed the "Network engine" was changed from what I have originally set it to, I usually have it set to either default or Cronet, I have never set it to OkHttp because it's so slow as it states in the settings menu. I even checked by restoring a recent backup, Which was set to Cronet, Maybe check to make sure yours wasn't changed at some point Settings > Player > Network engine Changing it back improved the startup of a video

Do you still reproduce this with the latest stable version? And if so, did you read the answers to the 2 relevant FAQ questions?
