I don't want to have to log in to youtube. I only use a youtube account to track subscriptions. Youtube now seems to stalling every video above 144p many times for no reason likely because I use firefox(works fine with chrome) and ad blockers.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if SmartTube enabled tracking subscriptions, watched videos, and history without having to log in. This should be relatively easy as just tracking links.
Maybe add "create local account" which attempts to emulate a youtube account by providing and tracking such things. Obviously some stuff like comments simply won't work(so return 0 comments or whatever).
I rarely use smart tube precisely because of this reason. I tried logging in but I seem to have to log in every time I start smarttube. (I'm not sure if this is normal or because I use it on WSA or what but I can't use a login name + password to login and have to login through the QR or link.
