[BUG]: Odd subtitles language choices when UI language is non-English

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Switch display language to "Nederlands" (Dutch)
2. Restart app
3. Start any video
4. Open subtitles language selection menu
5. Open first submenu "Ondertitels", which holds the manual subtitles

Actual behavior

You are shown extra subtitles language choices which are always present and do nothing: "noord", "schots", "zuid". Which is Dutch for "North", "Scottish", "South".

This also happens with other UI languages, like "Deutsch" (German). Extra choices (that do nothing): "haiti" and "nord"

Device: Nvidia Shield TV

This bug has existed for a very long time (years). It was so minor an issue I never bothered reporting it.
