[BUG]: 404 unknown source error when trying to play newly uploaded video

Steps to reproduce the bug

Trying to play a newly uploaded video (uploaded within the last 3 hours) I get 404 unknown source error please wait while fix is applied

The video looks like is going to play as the start of video appears on screen but never plays

It only seems to effect newly uploaded videos as everything else plays fine
