Source code not the same as binary file version

We have pulled everything from source code and we are still getting an error 403 when installing from development environment (which says 22.37), but If we download 22.38 binary file and install it, then everything is good. Is anything missing in source code?

You could decompile the APK.

looks like author just pushed latest source an hour ago

most of the 403 fixes involved https://github.com/yuliskov/MediaServiceCore submodule it seems
