Hiding recommended from search results

Is there a way to disable recommended (People also watched) and things like that? I believe the Child Mode does exactly what I need, but it also disables the Search. It would be great to just get search results and not be distracted with irrelevant stuff (especially if you're looking for something specific for your kid to watch and end up watching some rubbish instead).

I would also like to be able to remove this for the same reasons. So much crap in that section I would rather keep hidden.
