Age restricted videos not playing.

As the title suggests, I have this issue, where I can't play any age restricted videos. When I try to play these type of videos, it just skips to the next in list without asking for age confirmation.

Same here. The account(s) I use are neither age restricted nor administrated by a 3rd party. I have the same issue when trying to use Newpipe to play the videos. Is it possible the same library is used for playing videos & it is incapable of playing age restricted videos? This affects 90% of videos I am interested in - they are not NSFW, just (spicy) gossip.
