[Feature request] Show that there are comments above current position

With the new beta feature of remembering the position in comments, when reentering comments it's possible to not be aware that there are more comments above the current position. Two possible solutions:

1. When the comment position is not at the top, when reentering comments, always show the previous comment above the selected one. Effective, but what if the previous comment is longer than the height of the display?
2. Some sort of visual indicator that there are more comments above/below the currently displayed ones; perhaps small up/down arrows? This is superior to 1. because it is useful in all situations, not just when reentering comments.
