Video preview not working

Hi team,

I am using 20.05 on Nvidia Shield, I noticed when click on thumbnail, the video preview is not working (it only shows static image, no preview). I already enabled "animated previews" under Setting > UI > Card style.

I have also noticed that the preview will come back, whenever I "Enable history" under General > History, but if I choose "Disable history", or "Auto (by account)", preview won't work. I believe this is a bug.
