1080p premium Video quality Support

Love to see support for 1080p premium video quality.

Yes, it's supported, 616.

What do you mean by 616?

And I'm not seeing it on my Nivida Shield for example.

I use 16.xx before, when I open a 1080P video, there is 4 video format, av1, vp9, avc, vp9. The second VP9 has the highest bitrates, I think that should be the premium bitrates one, but the system would not choose it as default. I update the app to 18.xx. Now there are only 3 video formats, only one vp9 (with the highest bitrates). I think it covers the non-premium vp9 video, and I don't have to choose it manually now.

Using 21.xx now and the enhanced bitrate (616) doesn't seem to be available. Popular 1080p vids only have 3 1080p options (av1, avc, vp9). The vp9 is always 248 in the videos I tested, I also have verified that those videos have the enhanced bitrate.
