Remove unused subtitle languages?

I only need English and German subtitles, is there a way to move those to the top (like adding them to favorites) or even remove all the others/selecting only those to be shown? I just can't find an option, if it's not there I'd love to see it being added. This is my only major problem with the app, except that it basically has all features I would want, great job! 👍🏻

I am having this issue also. I am using multiple languages but don't need all the unused ones in the super long menu.

Another option would be to select "most used languages" in the settings and put them at the top of the subtitle list.
