[BUG] no live chat on replay

Actually live chat show/hide is displaying the video comments instead of the chat, in the case you are watching a replay of a live.

I would also very much like the ability to replay a stream with the live chat working (and synchronized)

Live chats are interactive. It is impractical to try to scroll through comments and manually try to match things up this making the existing implementation useless for live
