Video Sync Issues after Ad Skipping

I’ve noticed for three updates now that there is a bug where, when an ad is skipped, the audio & video shifts out of sync with each other. Videos without ads don’t seem to have this same problem.

I’ve confirmed the app is up-to-date, as is my Shield OS. This started happening three updates ago and hasn’t changed since.

I am seeing something similar, but more than the audio shifting out of sync after ad skip it is more that after an ad skip the audio starts stuttering (pausing playback for a few seconds and then resuming will fix the issue). Just to clarify, only the audio is stuttering - the video is playing back fine.
