Links in videos

When watching some videos, creators will link to other videos at the end of a video. Usually an overlay comes up with a thumbnail to click to go to that video.

On STN these don't come up. Are they supported? Does something need to be enabled?

Is there a term for this? I actually didn't even really know what to search for. It's super annoying that its not there though.
