Support FUTO Voice Input

This is a voice input that is entirely onboard. Private, no remote connection to Google.

FUTO Voice installs and runs on Android TV (as best I can tell, the testing page works fine). FUTO Voice installs and runs on Google TV and works on the test page. However, the Leankeyboard wont use it when the microphone icon is pressed on the keyboard.

Edit: NVIDIA Shield "Android TV" acts weird (cant show keyboard and use voice at the same time) and it wont use the remote mic.

Here is the related FUTO issue: https://github.com/futo-org/voice-input/issues/68. It may be that solving #60 will also solve this one. Or not, given that FUTO is not a digital assistant app.

FYI: I use both LeanKey and FUTO Voice Input on an Android TV device. I would really like to see integration between the two.
