Can't install Arch

IMPORTANT Please read README and Docs before creating the issue.

Please fill out the below information: Describe the issue I wanted to install archwsl so i run it trough scoop and it gave me this error:

Using: C:\Users[redacted]\scoop\apps\archwsl\current\rootfs.tar.gz Installing... ERR: Unspecified error HRESULT: 0x80004005 Press enter to exit...

To Reproduce run scoop install archwsl launch the "arch linux" shortcut

Expected behavior able to run it?

Enviroment:

  • Windows build number: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19043.1706]

  • Security Software: None idgaf abt security

  • WSL version 1/2: 1 (mayby, C:\Users[redcated]>wsl -l -v Windows Subsystem for Linux has no installed distributions. Distributions can be installed by visiting the Microsoft Store: https://aka.ms/wslstore)

  • ArchWSL version 25.3.19.0

  • ArchWSL Installer type scoop

  • Launcher version wsldl2, version 25031900 (amd64)
