Uninstall does not remove all files.

Describe the issue Arch WSL files are not fully removed.

To Reproduce scoop install archwsl arch exit scoop uninstall archwsl

Expected behavior All Arch WSL files are removed

Screenshots I started out with 6 GB of free space. This is after 3 reinstalls(ArchWSL is uninstalled).

Enviroment:

• Windows build number: 10.0.19042.804
• Security Software: Windows Defender
• WSL version 1/2: WSL2
• ArchWSL version: Latest(20.11.25.0)
• ArchWSL Installer type: Scoop

Ok. Unregistered but not deleted? Please check registered status with wslconfig.exe /l command
