`client.bin`文件是`OpenVPN`服务端生成的一个配置文件，是你的服务器生成的，文件内容是 服务器IP地址、端口号，还有加密密钥等信息。所以你需要租服务器，比如VPS.
不可以，系统只支持PPTP、L2TP、IPSec等协议，不支持OpenVPN
