[CDCSDK + Connector] 'Some clients are left in the client cache' move from ERROR to WARN if its not an error

Description

We see below error:

Some clients are left in the client cache and haven't been cleaned up: {172.151.16.15:9100=TabletClient@1661118512(chan=[id: 0x82e01373], uuid=b70ef7c46329478ab91e19e7993a9f5a, #pending_rpcs=0, #rpcs_inflight=0)} [org.yb.client.AsyncYBClient]

If its not ERROR and instead WARN, we should move it accordingly
