hardcoded namespace for kube-state-metrics

it's assumed that kube-state-metrics has been deployed into kube-system namespace: https://github.com/yugabyte/charts/blob/master/stable/yugaware/templates/configs.yaml#L425

this isn't the case in our deployment layout, could you consider parametrising this property?
