Seems that kwallet is just a client application, you might need to try `ksecrets` according to this thread, https://forum.authpass.app/t/what-is-the-provider-of-org-freedesktop-secrets-for-kde-plasma-5/162.

Or you could install the `gnome-keyring` package.
