I reinstall Windows in Nov 2023 , import settings at that time, After that i didnt open advanced setting long time.

upgrade to 7.18.1 still have issue. 😟

补充了dig结果，我注意到`;; MSG SIZE rcvd: 4493`超过了 4096 byte，会不会是DNS服务器回应不规范，加上mihomo没有处理兼容。最近测试没有遇到，应该是weibo简化了DNS @wwqgtxx 希望能帮忙看看
This bug seems to be caused by Windows custom scaling DPI.
