I wanted to use --random-url, but need to generate the random string myself and pass it to gotty.

Went ahead and forked yours since I don't think this repo is being maintained, and I don't know if you plan on keeping up yours indefinitely. Thanks for the functionality @apatil :D

Honestly I had forgotten about this. Still happy to try and get it landed though, if anyone with the commit bit is interested.

I tried to get it working but the conflicts and things made it difficult (in a docker container). I am looking into gossed for my project instead
