about the normalization allelic count

Hello,

currently working on single cell analysis, in my objective we have to do the SCALE anlysis which is a great tool with profer explanation, I have dataset without a spike-in information, scale we need a normalized read count as required for allele count normalization I am not able find any kind of methods allele count normalization I tried your previous thread in closed issue descendent but the tool didn't mentioned about allele specific analysis, can you please provide me any methodology which is handy and suitable single cell analysis.
