ctw-baseline Evaluation Server Problem

Hi, I'm in the CTW-Recognition competition, but i run into some problems when evaluating the performance. Here is the reply from Codalab Server Unstable Problem.

The worker stuck and tried to reconnect to codalab again and again. It came back to work after I restarted it, and all your submissions have been finished now.

Connection timed out may be caused by a well known firewall. SoftTimeLimitExceeded may be caused by unstable server bandwidth, which leads to the worker cannot fetch the submitted files in 300 seconds. Such two problems cannot be completely solved now, I'm sorry for such inconvenience.

@yuantailing I tried to test phase on the server, however, I met the same evaluation server problem. It will be great if you could fix the problem. Thanks.

@VivecLou I temporarily moved the service to another server. I reran your submission and it has been finished now.

@whyou5945 The worker says "Connection timeout", I restarted it and it works.

We have now moved the whole evaluation server to CodaLab. I think the network issue should have been completely resolved.
