Organize Layers: Add option to group horizontally

Thank you for the super helpful tool! I think it would be incredibly helpful to have an option to sort groups in a top->bottom, left->right order, as it would be more natural for reading screen progressions: desired behavior

This is in contrast to the current design which only allows for left->right, top->bottom organization: current behavior
