Generate new plugin in a custom directory

Adds the option to be able to generate the new plugin in a specified directory rather than the current working directory

Can’t the result you’re looking for be achieved by doing a cd into the desired parent directory first before running create-figma-plugin?

Sure, the idea was more that in a monorepo where each new figma plugin is a new workspace, this would enable creating them directly more easily, rather than wrapping create-figma-plugin in another script.
