all face recogresult is 36 M when use wiki dataset train model

i use wiki dataset to train model ,all train pic is 48500. and set image size is 64 ,when i train in 90 epoch the loss Not falling。 val loss is 4.54. when i use this model to test image . all face test result is "36 M". why appear this result?

I use imdb_db.mat to train model, when i train 30 epoch , val loss not improving.all face test result is "49 M“
