Progress for SPYT engine in QT

Related commit. There was added spyt_progress (double value from 0.0 to 1.0) and optional webui (text link to master server). It shows progress of submitted query (for example, YQL has yql_progress). It would be consistent to draw link and something like progress bar for this.
