Pass canvas as source

Is it possible to pass a canvas element to be downscaled?

I modified detectSourceType to return File also if source instanceof Blob, and then I could pass the result of canvas.toBlob into downsample.

@JanisE , any chance you could do a pull request for that change? I have the same requirement, would love to see it merged.
