HEIC support

Hello,

I have a question - do you support HEIC format (the default format on the mobile / iOS devices)?

I've just tried, doesn't appear to be working..any ideas on what we can do to support heic ?

imagemagick now supports heic/heif

https://imagemagick.org/script/formats.php

can we include this version in our layer?
