This adds InfluxDB support which gives users the ability to monitor success/failures of the grafana backup as a scheduled job.

Also adds changelog entries for recent features/fixes and bumps to next minor release 1.2.4

@ysde hoping to get this merged as Influx support is the final feature I need in order to switch to the upstream version in our environment
