希望作者能重新考虑TOC的占用比问题，感觉给它的占用太大了，减弱了文章的重要性
比如设计成一个类似 “返回顶部” 的按钮，放在“放回顶部”按钮的上方，通过点击或者鼠标悬停的时候显示，比如这个博客这种：https://blog.mythsman.com/
