Narrow protection to a particular container

I'm trying to isolate cookies to particular containers - IOW, protect them in one container, but not others. When I protect a cookie, it protects it for all containers, rather than in the container in which I initially protected the cookie. Am I missing a setting or feature? Thanks.

I second this, if I try to protect a cookie in a container, it gets protected to all containers. It's like the protection is base only on cookie name.

Update: I just made a FORK of this, but I might be missing something, ~~so I'm not going to create a PR yet~~ but the PR is here: #123. ~~For devs, see my changes on this commit~~
