Delete current Site LocalStorage is ignored after FF 70.0 installation

I allowed FF auto upgrade to 70.0 (64-bit on Windows 7). Now when I click the cookie-quick-manager icon, I get the usual options including Delete current Site LocalStorage, there is a count of items, but the click is ignored. It is not greyed out - just nothing happens. Github itself is a good example - right now it's showing (2) as the number, but they won't go away. Is it just me?

Suggestions on other diagnostic info you would like...?
