With firefox less than fullscreen, trashcan icon at bottom off window is offscreen

Enhancement REQUEST

The trashcan icon (and possibly the other icons) at the bottom of the screen should also appear on the same line as the auto-refresh option so those using less-than-fullscreen can easily delete cookies without having to remember particular keystrokes or having to use the bar on the right to move up the viewed area. There seems to be more than enough room in that area to put those icons.
