Unable to generate a New Telegram User Settings in ERPNEXT

Hello In our version 15 erpnext when I try to make a new Telegram User Setting I am receving an error regarding the telegram integration app while I go to save the document and get the Chat ID. Screenshot 2024-01-18 102524
