[Feature request]: How to Install POS Awesome ERPNext V15 Without Frappe Cloud?

Hello is there any way to install POS Awesome in a self-hosted ERPNext V15? Why the latest POS Awesome only available for ERPNext V15 on frappe cloud? Is it a technical issue or monetization problem?
